My experience was great, and I thoroughly enjoyed the historical background of all the influential Black American jazz artists that pioneered jazz to be what it is today. The length of our tour was as expected. The admission fee was also reasonable including a drink of our choice at one of the jazz clubs. In between 2 of them, Catherine walked us through the French Quarter and gave recommendations on jazz clubs in NOLA. I also enjoyed the historical context of certain landmarks and statues of jazz pioneers in Louis Armstrong Park, I highly recommend participating on this tour on Sundays with Catherine, because of the special sight you’ll get to experience!

From pick up to drop off - we had a great experience. Our guide Al, was laid back, funny, had amazing stories and history of the area. The heat was excruciating but he made sure to check on everyone and kept us entertained. The fact that he was easy on the eyes was just a bonus! Definitely recommend this trip. Amazingly fun time with gators up close
We did the covered boat and were initially a little envious of the fast airboats but later appreciated our decision of choosing a slower covered boat because of the shade it provided and our guide was able to get so many gators right next to the boat. I don’t think we we’ve been able to see them as well haven chosen something else. We probably saw no less than 20 that came within 6 feet of the boat.
