By interweaving her flawless knowledge of St. Louis Cemetery with her passionate, dignified, and witty eloquence, Mama Nita made my experience the most enjoyable and informative historical tour I've ever taken. The pride she takes in her work was undeniable and inspiring. The way she effortlessly plucks information from her memory and connects it with enriching details about the tombs and mausoleums surrounding us, as well as the dead they hold, gave her sentences an air of elegant poetry and made the people she described seem real, not just distant abstractions from some highschool textbook. Her defiant yet courteous no-nonsense leadership kept everyone in line -- for the benefit of everyone's positive experience in the group. I couldn't help but always be closest to the front to ensure optimal listening. Her devotion to history, especially social history, motivates me to learn much more than I already have about the intriguing lives of a vast diversity of people who make up a community or even a country, and her demeanor, underpinned by superb communication skills that illuminated a delightfully eerie journey through a stunning cemetery, motivates me to, like she has, reach the level of professor. Thank you, Mama Nita.

Our guide, Andi, was an amazing storyteller. We enjoyed hearing the history and learning about the city. Very easy walking pace, and plenty of interesting stops. There was a bar stop about halfway with restrooms. If traveling with kids, a more family friendly option was available too. Highly recommed!

Loved the pre-show. Overall the food wasn’t bad including dessert….we ate first so it wasn’t too cool (had seen reviews saying it can get colder, so ate first). The waiter was great! Loved the music on board, the commentary of the area and had a beautiful evening to just enjoy the river and the lights. Loved it and definitely recommend!!
