What To Expect
Downtown to MSY
- Driver receives booking after it has been confirmed and shows up on reservation day 15 mins prior to booking with clean vehicle and proper chauffeur attire. After he greets he helps with luggage and opens the door to seat passengers. Once in the vehicle driver offers water and refreshments. Temperature is set based on passenger preference. Upon arriving at the MSY airport passenger confirms airline and driver safely parks at terminal. Then driver opens the door for passengers to safely exit and unloads luggage. Lastly driver sees of passengers with safe travels.
MSY to Downtown
- Driver shall receive booking with flight number, day of flight, number of passengers, and destination. He then heads to pick at the airport upon reservation. Driver waits by door 10 outside baggage claim. Once they meet and greet driver helps with luggage and escorts to the vehicle. Driver then opens doors seats passengers and loads luggage. Then he offers water and refreshments and safely drives passengers directly to destination. Once reached at destination driver safely parks and helps passengers exit the vehicle. Then unloads vehicle and wishes passengers a goodbye while he waits for them to enter the door of their destination.
