When you land at MSY, your chauffeur will send you a text message with meeting location details and vehicle information. Because the port lacks an on-site waiting area, chauffeurs must remain on standby approximately a quarter mile away and can only enter the terminal area once your party is ready and waiting outside the exit doors.
To ensure a smooth experience:
Include your scheduled disembarkation time when reserving your transfer.
Text or call dispatch as soon as your group begins exiting the terminal.
Once connected, your chauffeur will assist with your luggage and transport you safely and efficiently to your chosen destination—whether that’s your hotel, the airport, or another local address.
