We had never booked tours before, so we just hoped for the best… and honestly, our only complaint is that this one set the bar way too high for every other tour now.Morgan kept not only my husband and I completely engaged, but somehow even got the teens to take their headphones off and actually enjoy the experience too (which is no easy feat).This did not feel like a “this is a cool topic, let’s throw together a tour and make money” kind of experience. It felt like being guided by people who are genuinely passionate about sharing stories, history, and the people behind them. You could feel how much they cared, and it made the whole experience unforgettable.

Michelle was an amazing tour guide! She did a custom tour for a group of corporate clients that we were hosting for the day in New Orleans. The reason that we picked her was that we didn't want to do the usual touristy spots, we wanted it to feel more local and special and not trashy and that is exactly what she delivered on. We'll be using her for all our future client trips as well!

We did three tours with Benjamin and I could not recommend him enough!!! He was so extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. We did the driving tour with our 4 kids and even our teenaged boys thought it was very interesting, which is quite an accomplishment. He was also a pleasure to spend time with and was also very thoughtful and accomodating to our needs for gluten free food.

THIS WAS A HIGHLIGHT OF OUR NEW ORLEANS TRIP! I booked this for our group of friends and family as part of a special 50th birthday celebration for my musician husband. The HISTORY of the Dew Drop and the MUSIC were incredible! The buffet meal was ok - but we were there for the history and music - and it exceeded expectations! We took a trolly and then had a 20 minute walk. We took the hop-on-hop off bus on the way back to the french quarter. It was fine for our group - but it would be great if the hop on, hop off bus had a stop closer to the Dew Drop. But THIS IS A MUST-VISIT FOR ANY MUSIC LOVER! The performers are stars and I hope they tour nationwide too! When we come back to New Orleans we will definitely return to the Dew Drop!

Fantastic experience. Such fun to discover the French Quarter at my own pace. I hate being pushed by tour operators so this self guided tour is refreshing. We were able to stop, eat and enjoy the ambiance without being rushed. Looking for other tours by Welcome Walks USA!!!
